MARYLAND HIGH SCHOOL TEAM RANKINGS

The Maryland Wrestling Team Rankings are updated regularly throughout the season. Head-to-head dual meets and final tournament results are definitive and easy calculations for the team as rankings are being tabulated, however there are always nuances to some wins and losses. For example, if a team sent half of their team to one strong out-of-state tournament and the other half to a local tournament we take that into consideration. We also attempt to take injuries into consideration.  Coaches, sports journalists, and the wrestling community at large play crucial roles in contributing to these rankings, providing valuable insights that contribute to the overall assessment of the high school wrestling landscape in Maryland.
